Ross, our qualified and extremely talented pastrychef bakes all cakes to order, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from Australia. None of our cakes are premixes, we use our own unique recipe!  He ensures baking is completed at the last possible minute to ensure our cakes are fresh and moist when delivered for your special day.

Our cakes are decorated with the desired icing of your choice and if you would like decadent chocolate ganache, creamy buttercream or jam through the middle of your cake we can do that!

It is possible to order mixed flavours in multi-tiered cakes and cupcakes, but whatever your selection it will be custom baked to your specification and guaranteed to be unforgettable.

Savour the taste of your cake and have it as served as dessert at your reception with double whipped cream and fruit coulis as the perfect accompaniment to each slice of cake or served as a perfect addition to a freshly brewed cup of coffee available to your guests after dessert!
